4. Prediction System

Our prediction system operates on a simple principle: each correct prediction earns 1 point. Predictions must be made before the official match start time. Once a match begins, predictions are locked and cannot be changed. We reserve the right to void predictions in cases of technical errors, data irregularities, or suspected fraud.

5. Leaderboards and Rankings

Leaderboard rankings are calculated based on total points earned from correct predictions. We maintain weekly, monthly, and all-time leaderboards. Rankings are updated in real-time as match results are confirmed. We reserve the right to remove or adjust rankings in cases of cheating, technical errors, or rule violations.

6. Achievements and Badges

Achievements and badges are awarded automatically based on predefined criteria such as prediction streaks, accuracy milestones, and participation levels. We reserve the right to modify achievement criteria, add new achievements, or revoke achievements obtained through fraudulent means.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Tipoff platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of The Tipoff or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without explicit permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By submitting predictions, comments, or other content to The Tipoff, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your content but are responsible for ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tipoff platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of match data, results, or predictions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tipoff and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of predictions, or loss of rankings.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Extended periods of inactivity
• At our sole discretion to protect the platform or other users

12. Changes to Terms
