Most summer tipping groups die before the final.

Spreadsheets get forgotten at the beach. Family group chats go quiet after New Year. Whoever's running it gets tired of updating scores between Christmas lunches. The Tipoff was built for a full BBL|16 season — 44 matches across 8 teams, from the historic Chennai opener to the Australia Day final. The engagement keeps going because the platform keeps running itself, even while everyone's on leave.

Set Up Once. Run All Summer.
Create your group before the opening match, set your prize, share the link. From there, the platform handles results, leaderboards, and stats automatically for all 44 matches.
Summer Rhythm That Keeps Going
T20 cricket moves fast — matches run through December and January, right through the school holidays. Tips open when fixtures are announced and lock at the first ball — no admin, no chasing.

🏟️

Every platform gives you a leaderboard. The Tipoff also gives you the Match Wall.

When a team is chasing 180 in the last over, the Match Wall is where everyone who tipped that match watches it unfold together, reacting to the same six as it happens.

Live during every match
Open for every match you tipped, with real-time reactions as wickets fall and boundaries land.
👥
Open to all tippers
Every fan on The Tipoff who tipped that match joins the same wall — not just your group. More reactions, more banter, more moments.

Built to last the whole summer.

BBL|16 is 44 matches across 8 teams. Every feature in The Tipoff is designed to keep your family and friends engaged from the historic Chennai opener to the Australia Day final.

👆
Swipe to Tip — 10 Seconds Per Match
Swipe left for the home team or right for the away team. Open the app between the backyard cricket and the next round of drinks, make your call, done. Tips lock at the first ball — no changing your mind after an early wicket. Every call stands, every match.
📅
Season-Long Leaderboard — 44 Matches
BBL|16 runs 44 matches from the historic Chennai opener to the Australia Day final. The leaderboard updates automatically after every settled result. No manual tracking, no end-of-week admin — just a live ranking that tells you exactly where you stand, whether you check it poolside or on the drive home from the beach.
🏟️
Match Wall for Every Fixture
T20 cricket moves fast — a match is done in about three hours. The Match Wall opens for every game you tipped, so you can follow a run chase live with everyone else who had a pick, react in real time, and see the innings unfold ball by ball.
🎯
Two Ways to Rank — Grinder or Sharp
Pick your path. Grinders earn points for every correct pick — consistency wins over 44 matches. Sharps are ranked purely by accuracy percentage — quality over volume. Both modes run simultaneously across every leaderboard. Most platforms only reward one type of tipper. The Tipoff has two — you'll find out which one you are over the summer.
🧠
Your Tipping DNA
Most platforms show you a number. The Tipoff turns your picks into a tipping personality, such as The Hot Hand, The Contrarian or The Home Loyalist, with your accuracy, best sport, best day and current form. Share it, or download it as an image.
🤝
My Circle — Informal Rivalry Without the Admin
Not everyone wants to run a formal group for the family Christmas break. My Circle lets you follow the people you know and see exactly where you stand against them on the global leaderboard — no group creation, no admin, no invite codes. Just follow a sibling, a cousin, or a friend and the private rivalry starts automatically.
🔥
Streak Tracker
Your run of correct picks, tracked and displayed on your profile. A BBL summer runs from the Chennai opener in mid-December to the Australia Day final — a streak that starts on that historic first match can become something to protect all the way through the school holidays.
🎁
Custom Prizes for Your Group
Set whatever prize you want at the start of the season — bragging rights, a family dinner, a trophy for the mantelpiece, anything. It stays pinned to your group all summer so every member knows what they're playing for.
⚙️
Zero Admin All Summer
Results settle automatically. The leaderboard runs itself. You set up your group once before the opening match and spend the rest of the summer at the beach or the backyard barbecue, not managing spreadsheets.

Your family competes privately. Your best tipper competes globally.

Every group runs on a private leaderboard — whether it's the family over Christmas lunch, your friends from the office, or your local backyard cricket crew — but every tipper also earns a rank on the global leaderboard alongside BBL fans from around the world. Your loudest uncle might be one of the best Big Bash tippers on the planet. Now you'll know.

🌍
Compete Worldwide
Every pick you make counts on the global leaderboard. Rank against BBL fans everywhere — not just the people in your group.
🎯
Grinder or Sharp — Globally
Both ranking modes run on the global table simultaneously. Dominate by volume or by accuracy — there is a world ranking for both.
👥
My Circle — Rivals Anywhere
Follow anyone on the platform and see where you stand against them globally. Build private rivalries with people completely outside your group.

“You beat everyone at the family barbecue. Now find out if you're one of the best Big Bash tippers in the world.”
