What's the difference between wheelchair rugby league and PDRL?

They're separate sports. Wheelchair rugby league is played indoors in wheelchairs, five a side, and is open to disabled and non-disabled players of any gender. PDRL is rugby league played on foot by players with a physical disability, under modified rules. Each has its own World Cup in 2026, and both are on The Tipoff.

Do I need to know much about these sports to tip them?

No. You just pick which team you think will win each match. Following along is one of the best ways to learn a new sport, and each tournament page lists the fixtures, results and key dates.

Can our group tip the inclusive World Cups alongside the men's and women's tournaments?

Yes. One group can follow all four Rugby League World Cups, and everyone can filter by tournament. Each tournament also has its own global leaderboard.

Does it cost anything, or involve gambling?

No. The Tipoff is completely free and has no connection to any bookmaker. There's no money involved at all.

What other inclusive events could The Tipoff add?

We focus on major international events, the same as for every other sport on The Tipoff: World Cups, world championships and top-level professional competitions. We don't cover local or club-level competitions, but if there's a premier international inclusive event you'd like to tip, get in touch .
